We support your unforgettable events. By booking a meeting space at REC Impact, your team will be immersed in a lively and academic environment!

We can help you with every aspect of your event, from programming to speaker suggestions, as well as arranging catering for the day.

We also create custom made events for our clients. We help you to define the purpose, format and content of your event. Our event manager can help with every event request, don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Note: we always charge extra cost for an event manager for their support hours and presence on events outside of office hours.

  • Booking your event space

    Our meeting- and event spaces are available during office hours.  You can book online, please create an account via Aqqo.

    Once you have your account setup up, you can place an option in the calendar and our event manager will get in touch with you!

  • Setup of venue

    The location is configured with a standard theater setup. Surely we can do alternative layouts with tables or without chairs. We will setup the venue prior to your event, based on your personal request. Please let us know your requirements.

  • Speakers

    We collaborate with academic pioneers and experts in Social Sciences, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Therefore, we have a large network of Impact researchers, students, startup founders and network innovators available for inspiring talks.

  • Catering

    Our partner Coffee Star organise catering for you - from morning coffees with croissants to afternoon drinks, snacks and sweets. You can find the café in our JK building on the ground floor.

  • Audio/Visual support (A/V)

    Our event locations come with 3 TV screens including sound to connect to your computer and 2 microphones. Enough to run your event. Do you have non-standard A/V, streaming or technical requests for your event, please contact us.
