The UvA Impact Challenge is an annual programme for students at the University of Amsterdam who want to explore entrepreneurship and develop ideas into concrete initiatives. As a strategic partner, REC Impact supports the challenge by providing space, structure and programme support.

Learning by Doing

The UvA Impact Challenge provides students with a practical learning journey. Participants work on their ideas through workshops, coaching moments, and programme events, gradually developing their ideas into feasible concepts.

Throughout the challenge, students sharpen their entrepreneurial skills, receive feedback from professionals, and connect with partners. The focus lies on growth, experimentation, and learning by doing.

The Role Of REC Impact

REC Impact contributes to the UvA Impact Challenge by facilitating the environment in which the programme takes place. We support participants by offering:

  • An open and inspiring space at Roeterseiland Campus

  • Workshops and learning moments

  • Guidance and structure throughout the programme

The UvA Impact Challenge is open to all UvA students, regardless of faculty or study phase. Whether you are at the start of an idea or already working on a concept, the challenge offers room to learn, test, and grow.
