In this hands-on workshop, participants will experience Design Thinking as both a mindset and a practical toolkit. You will learn how to define the right problem, uncover what users actually need, challenge assumptions, and rapidly test ideas.

Using tools such as customer segmentation and archetypes, the session focuses on understanding the people you are building for and turning insights into stronger ideas.

The workshop is led by Linde Erinkveld, a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), facilitator and speaker. She works at the intersection of customer experience, innovation and behaviour, helping teams move from assumptions to insights and from ideas to action.
